Image featuring West Bay at War exhibition

About

The West Bay at War exhibition features both existing and new research about life during the Second World War in West Bay leading up to D Day in June 1944.

It looks at West Bay’s coastal defences, food rationing and the recollections of local people and GI’s living in West Bay.
There will be various events linked into the exhibition so do please check these out, too.

The exhibition runs until just after the 80th Anniversary of D Day, 9th June 2024 and is free.
