Volunteer Your Time

Would you like to play a part in making sure that the Jurassic Coast is looked after, loved and celebrated today and for future generations?

Do you have some available time that you would like to put to use for the benefit of our incredible World Heritage Site?

Are you experienced in publishing, merchandise, project management or fundraising?  Or are you a creative and inspirational “do-er” who wants some new challenges?

If you have expertise that could benefit the Jurassic Coast, we really want to hear from you!

There are many different opportunities to volunteer in a variety of roles all along the Jurassic Coast, either directly with the Team or with our partners, such as the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre or the National Trust. If you have a passion for fossils, dinosaurs or the environment in general we would love to hear from you.

If you are interested in volunteering locally for an organisation that supports the management of the Jurassic Coast, then please have a look at Visitor Centres and Museums and contact the organisation directly.  Our wonderful coastline is in such a great shape partly because of the contribution of these organisations.

Please see our latest volunteer opportunities below.
