About

Find our Adoption donkeys’ favourite toys and treats hidden around the sanctuary.

Can you find all nine of their favourite treats and toys hidden around the sanctuary? Follow the trail around the heart of the sanctuary to find each toy and treat and match it with one of nine of our Sidmouth adoption donkeys.

Here at the sanctuary, all our donkeys love to forage for their treats and play with their toys. This helps to exercise, excite and entertain them.
The scientific term is called enrichment and is something we ensure all our donkeys have an abundance of.

Combine family fun, exercise and brainpower for just £5 per trail, including a prize when you complete the trail. Head to the Gift Shop to pick up a trail sheet and you’re ready to start the trail.

Plus with a new play area, daily talks, scenic walks, engaging exhibits, award-winning gardens and, of course, hundreds of adorable donkeys to meet, there’s so much to explore with your own herd, whatever the weather. Friendly dogs on leads are welcome too!
