Leave the car behind and explore England’s only natural World Heritage Site known as the Jurassic Coast.
Sailing from Exmouth at 11am the first part of your journey will take in a view of the oldest sections of the coast lines. You will be able to see the impact that human habitation has on the coast line and also how the cliffs change in colour, height and formation as you travel through millions of years of the Earth’s history.
A one hour landing at Sidmouth will give the chance for a brief exploration of this Victorian seaside resort before continuing the sailing to Seaton.
Landing at Seaton for 2 hours there is the chance to take a further Bay Cruise (additional cost) around this sheltered area and explore the town bordering on the Axe Estuary which is paralleled by the excellent Seaton Tramway and a gateway to the famous ‘Undercliffs’.
We land directly on to a pebbled beach at Sidmouth Seaton as there is no harbour and therefore this may not be suitable for persons with mobility problems. Our crew are happy to accommodate any reasonable request for assistance.
Bay cruises exploring both Sidmouth and Seaton are available as an optional extra (additional cost).
