  • Robin Barker, Dorset Tourism Awards

These awards, launched 7 years ago, have seen year-on-year growth in participation by Dorset businesses, with the prime benefit being free feedback and benchmarking information and publicity, both locally and nationally.  They have also helped drive up the quality of the Dorset offering and to raise the county’s profile as a top quality tourism destination. Robin will update the audience on recent developments as well as share plans for 2019.

Drawing on this background of observing and working with businesses looking to improve their impact, appeal and bottom line, Neil will share his key tips for success drawing on the real-life examples from tourism businesses.
