Road Directions:
From Dorchester. Continue on A35 towards Bridport and Honiton. Turn off left at Winterborne Abbas - bottom of the hill just as you enter the 30mph limit. Signposted to Portesham and Abbotsbury. Turn right at the cross roads (by Valley of the Stones) - narrow lane but super views on a clear day - into Abbotsbury. Turn right and then right again at the old school hall. You are now on the Jurassic Coast Road, B3157. Stay on this road to Swyre - enjoy the views, if its clear you can see all the way down to Exmouth. As you enter Swyre at the bottom of the hill, opposite the Lemon Tree (was Bull Inn) take turning left to West Bexington - Gorselands sign-posted. From Bridport on A35 take the Jurassic Coast road B3157, signposted to Weymouth and Abbotsbury, at the Crown Inn roundabout, (great views) eventually to Swyre. Turn right to West Bexington, opposite the Lemon Tree (was Bull Inn) - Gorselands sign-posted. Gorselands is about 100 metres on the right - cant miss it, clearly sign posted. Through the gate, down the hill, turn right, No 86 is approx half way down hill on the right. You can park on the right before the caravan. If this is full, unload outside No 86 and there is a larger car park back up the hill and to the right (gravelled parking area youll probably notice on your way down).
