The UK government’s Kickstart Scheme provides employers with funding to create jobs for 16-24 year olds on Universal Credit.

Kickstart roles last for 6 months and are paid at the national minimum wage, along with pension contributions and employer NI contributions. Roles are fulfilled through local Job Centres, and are intended to provide a ‘foot in the door’, developing skills and experience for young people. Support and guidance is provided by employers on being professional, timekeeping, attendance, career and goal setting and interview preparation.

The Jurassic Coast Trust is pleased to be able to advertise Kickstart roles with ourselves and our partner organisations to eligible candidates. Please see details below of the latest available roles.
