This is part of the upper jaw of a crocodile. The image below the main one shows the lower side, complete with tooth sockets. It was probably something like Steneosaurus (lower photo) and was trawled off the sea bed, probably off Chesil Beach towards Portland where the Kimmerdge Clay is exposed.
