The Land & Wave Outdoor Instructor Training course in Dorset is a well-established programme with over a decade of experience in preparing individuals to become confident in watersports. 

One of our most popular activities is Coasteering. Coasteering involves exploring rocky coastal areas by swimming, climbing, and jumping. We recommend this activity to anyone looking to get their adrenaline fix and also explore the Jurassic Coast in a totally unique perspective.

A thrilling adventure, each activity offers exciting outdoor learning adventures. Coasteering, Kayaking, Climbing, Paddle Boarding, Bushcraft, Hiking and Wild Swimming.

Land and Wave's Adventure Days options include half-day (one three-hour activity) and full-day (two three-hour activity).
