Located on the hillside above the picturesque village of Beer on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jurassic Coast in Devon, Pecorama overlooks outstanding and stunning coastal views across Lyme Bay.
Pecorama is the home of Peco Model Railways and the award-winning Beer Heights Light Railway. This 7 ¼ inch gauge miniature line, with steam locomotives, carries passengers on a mile-long ride though acres of beautiful landscape and attractive flower-filled gardens, all set against spectacular scenery.
Pecorama also has the world famous Peco Model Railway Exhibition; a place illustrating many different model railways in a typical home location. A well-stocked shop is alongside, offering everything for the casual enthusiast right up to the most dedicated railway modeller.
Younger and more active visitors will enjoy our Pirate Ship and three outdoor play areas, as well as the fantastic ‘Play Station’ indoor soft play area.

Created and cut into the hillside with predominantly clay soil with an abundance of flint and chalk.
Take a stroll to Wildway Park, an area of natural beauty and shaded woodland with plenty of wild flowers; a haven for butterflies and many other flying insects.
Here you will find Lake Charlotte – completed in 2015, the mini lake is home to frogs, toads, tadpoles, dragonflies and many other interesting beauties, as well as a variety of plant life.
