Brewery Square is delighted to welcome back Anytime Fitness to the Square, with a series of fitness every Monday for all to enjoy.
These classes will be a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Yoga, ensuring a perfect blend of strength, flexibility and mindfulness to kickstart your week.
HIIT - 5 th & 26 th August and 2 nd September, starting at 11:30am
Yoga - 12 th & 19 th August, at 11:30am
These classes are open to EVERYONE and ALL ABILITIES! No prior registration is needed. Simply turn up, bring your own mat and enjoy these FREE classes in the beautiful outdoor setting of Brewery Square.
