Just like the 95 miles of protected Dorset and East Devon Coast, the organisation responsible for its protection and conservation, is evolving and changing.

In response to a turbulent couple of years and ongoing challenges, we have developed our business strategy which puts the conservation needs of the Site and wishes of the local communities at the heart of our work programme.

For our Charity Board, we wish to recruit forward thinking, innovative Trustees who can bring a passion and appreciation of the Site’s natural shared value to the local and global community.

Specifically, we are looking for Trustees with passion for, and expertise within, earth sciences (geology/palaeontology) OR a heritage/museums background.

In addition, our Board are looking for an individual to bring insight to future business planning and strategic development to support our CEO and small Leadership Team.

Jurassic Coast Trust (Trading) Ltd.
On 1st August 2022, we launched a new trading company which is integral to our future income strategy and enabling the future delivery of the Trust’s charitable aims and ambitions. We are looking for two Non-Executive Directors to bring enthusiasm and expertise to our new venture and join a team of two existing Directors who are also Charity Trustees.

For these roles, we are seeking skills specifically related to thought leadership on digital and marketing operations within the visitor and tourism sector.
